Unlike some of the other glowing comments written about dibzee’s auction site, I find it to be moderately easy to navigate but deceptively cunning when time for payment. Shipping costs are extravagant and their self proclaimed bidding for Bids is a joke. If you bid for Bids, which require nothing more than an electronic transfer, you are charged $1.99 for delivery fees. Delivery fees for what? It is no different than buying Bids isn’t it? I find this type of deceptive behavior outrageous, maddening and enough to recommend you try another auction site.

Great site, one of the first sites I used when I started in the world of penny auctions.. good customer service, prompt delivery most of the time, and good customer service.. great site.. I love the free shipping..

When I first joined this site it was great I won my limit everytime but now it is a lot harder. Stay away from big names and you should be fine. Great site all in all though and fast shipping an the items.

Gotta give another positive review for dibzees! I won a gift card for only a few bids – so there are definitely deals to be had out there. Yes, there are powerbidders out there – but it is all about patience, If you wait and watch you can get a good deal. There customer service is top notch and gift cards are sent quickly. Definitely a great site!

Fair bid limits. Love that there are beginner auctions. Customer support response time is amazing (within 1 hour on a Saturday). Need more items for auction. Love that there are no autobidders. Love that you can swap for amazon cards.

Dibzess is just ok in my book. The bid pricing is great but there are not many auctions and there are many bidders. They do have some nice items up for auction every now and then. I really liked their airline gift card auctions although I’ve not seen any in a while.

I have been on Dibzees for almost a year now. When I first started there were not too many bidders and winning an auction at a fairly reasonable price was not too hard to do. Now there are a lot more bidders and it is harder to win at the lower bidding range. There are several power bidders that do not stop. Dibzees has added auctions starting earlier, but only 1 per hour untill 6:00 P.M. I would not recommend Dibzees until they add more auctions. I have dealt with customer service a couple of times and was dealt with quickly and fairly.

I like that it shows where folks are from, makes me feel like it is more honest when I am bidding. I won on here with the PAC deal a while back, then burned up my bids on a fella who obviously had pretty deep pockets. I am fairly new to the PA world and don’t know all the power bidders yet, but it seems like folks get good deals on here! I have seen items go for pennies!

This site was not for me. I did not like the timers and there are way to many power bidders. Maybe if they ran more auctions it would be a bit easier to win. I did have a problem which customer service was quick to respond to and they resolved it to my satisfaction.

I joined a while back, and got 3 bids to start with. Right after I registered, I found online a code “8FREEBIDS” to give me 8 bids instead of 3. I emailed them to see if I could get 8 instead of 3, and Robert basically said (based off of my memory) “Sorry, but no. You were too late.” So I just used the 3 bids and was done with it. The auctions seems to go for pennies, and there are a few power bidders, so be careful. They love claiming the auctions as their own as soon as the auction starts so you can’t have a chance. They offer noob auctions, so hopefully beginners should be ale to do well to start with. Best of luck!!

Very honest site, Good communication great shipping times and now they have a few more offerings besides gift cards.Do your homework first and be patient,there are some tough cookies here.

I have been bidding on this site for over a year now. It used to be very easy to win there, but they have grown a lot in the past few months and it is more of a challenge to win now.Customer service is the best. Emails are replied to immediately, wins are shipped within just a few days. The timers aren’t the best..I notice plenty of page freezing and lags. Many times I would have to bid “blindly” because I couldn’t tell if my bids were registering…but I got used to that.Still, overall, it is a really great site!

It was a push to give this site four stars, yet despite its faults I think it deserves some praise. For starters it seems legitimate and offers an array of mostly $25 gift cards. So a casual penny auction user is able to participate without too much hassle from power bidders (there here too, but not as much though as other sites). Auction gift cards can be exchanged for Amazon gift cards, which is good because why in the hell would someone care so much to bid on a Buffalo Wild Wings gift card. There are no shipping costs either so that is a good thing to go along with auction limits to keep the stable of power bidders in check.

The minuses have to do with a very dated website appearance to go with loading/lag times. I guess that is what ya get from a business from Iowa…Okay I’m only kidding on that one, I’m from the cornbelt too. Seriously, they are serious when stating you shouldn’t wait until the final second to place a bid as it often takes about a second and sometimes two seconds for a bid to register when placing one.

All in all a pretty decent site to do some petty auction bidding.

This is a good and honest site where you can find deals but must also watch for lurking powerbidders. This site has a good reputation and you will get your items. Just be careful who you go up against.

This is one of my top 10 sites to play on but it can get competitive. Best tip I can give for this site is to go all in if you want to win as most of the regular bidders will defend ‘their’ auctions to the end and go beyond retail so watch and learn who they are before bidding against them. Beginners auctions are the best way to start and easy to win. They have great cs and super shipping. One of the fastest and usually ships within 24 hrs. Only thing bad about them is the timer lag issue on the auction page itself so I always have 2 windows open when I bid there as I like to watch & see who’s bidding so I have the main one which seems to register the bids quicker and the detailed one up. It is getting harder I’ve noticed as seems like I’m breaking even lately after balancing out the ones I have to battle for going 2-4 times the retail but it’s one of the few sites I do that on.

Very friendly and quick customer service! They really do try to please the customer. Love their auctions, too!
The auctions also sell very cheap! Anytime I need help, they are right there.

i have won 3 times two of them are from the noob auction but there are so many bidders now u have no chance to win same people win all the time and seems like they have hundreds of bids to use somehow because they dont win bid packs so try it out u got a better chance of at least winning the noob auction its for people who have yet to win an auction

if your a new bidder and like losing your money, then dibzees is for you. before bidding I would suggest to watch the site for 1 week. one good thing dibzees has is free shipping on the gift cards. I have won around 5 gift cards and all came within 1 week..with more bidders now, its very difficult to win…a few months ago i would of recommended this site but not today. too many bidders and not enought auctions running.

I agree with others that this is overall a good site though some PBers do sit and wait. Shipping has always been fast and correspondence has been fast and efficient. Also the clocks are slow and your bids don’t clock down unless you refresh the page.

This site is difficult to win on, I purchased several bidpacks, and was unable to win even the beginner auctions. Too many power bidders, I would not recommend this site.

This site is okay they have a few beginners auctions that are easy to win so you should try this out. you probably want to study this site because there are a few people i would stay away from.

This site grows its userbase over the time.They do provide a great customer service but I never able to understand about not changing the site design even after repeated complains.The refreshing mechanism from auction page sucks big time.You are not sure if your bid is accepted or not.The only way to bid is from the main page which wont show the auction history.

They do allow only nail bitter auction which is good.Even thou the site grows exponentially but not the number of auctions.I guess that is the reason of tough competition. Their beginner auction also a challenge.I would suggest this site for only experienced player.

With my first bid pack at Dibzees I won with 1 bid, and had my Amazon code in my email by morning. The rest of that bid pack and following ones I couldn’t come close to winning anything using a bunch of bids. They definately have some server issues and the response time after bidding seems to be getting worse.
Bids are reasonably priced and I’ve seen bid packs go quite cheap( when I’m not bidding on them). Bidding is slightly smoother from the main page than from the item page.

I really like this site. The customer service is fast and amazing. They have lots of different gift cards, and any gift card you win you can exchange for amazon gift cards instead. Their delivery is super fast as well. I won an amazon card and it was delivered to me within the day! A++

I am very new to Penny Auctions and Dibzees.com was the very first site that I won on!!!! I really like the look of the site and the professionalism of those that I dealt with in their Customer Service. It was pretty exciting to win a $25 gift card using my FREE bids! I will definitely be frequenting this site and would recommend it to others as well.

Green is my favorite color so I like Dibzees! As far as the look of the site is concerned that is part of what I like. They also have very good delivery times for won auctions. It is a site where, if you’ve done your homework and you are patient, can walk away with some very good deals. (like last night’s 3 bid win!) I have been on Dibzees since April and have NEVER had a bad experience with them.

This is a great site, but let me start with the negatives. On some auctions, it is a power bidders paradise. When you study the site, let’s say about a week, if you see the same bidder constantly winning, that’s usually a sign to stay away from that auction, you’re not going to win… PERIOD! Even with the win the low limits, it benefits the power bidders more than the average user. Another negative is that the timers/bid response it’s very slow and may be unresponsive from time to time, especially for a site that has no “auto bidders”. That’s a major flaw for Dibzees. Slow response bidding plus no auto bidder equals total confusion.

For the positives, they do have great auctions with great auctions. When there’s no power bidders around, there is a great competition with some auctions may end less than $1. Customer support is also very responsive with your questions and the best thing about Dibzees… for any gift card auction that you win, since all of their gift cards are $25 and above, you can trade them in for an Amazon gift card for equal value which is a major positive.

This site I do recommend, but you have to be on your toes with the bidding since there are no auto bidders.

i dont recommend this site. there are a few people that bid like crazy and it make it hard to bid. the support team isnt very understanding. they are getting better but to little auctions and there are a few people that get everything. try it for the beginner auction and then dont come back you will lose all your money.

I like this site a lot, they run several auctions per day, even though they are low end items and lots of bid packs. Their bid prices are great, IMO. Fairly easy to win here and you’ll have your win within a week or so. They also run a couple noob auctions per day. Study the ended auctions so you can watch out for THOSE bidders and get your bids in before the last second because you never know if it will go thru or not. I’ve seen some things end there lately for just a few bids. I’d recommend giving them a shot. Oh and they will trade any win for equal value in amazon money.

This site is pretty cool, although there auctions have slowed, they started off with tons of auctions. I like there look and everything although there customer service is iffy, because it is very hard to get a hold of them. The pricing on there bids could be better. Over all this site is pretty cool, just needs some work. They do have this anonymous bidders thing going on, so that no one is bullied, which is okay, but there could be some regular auctions. The site owners are extremely responsive to emails and wins are shipped in a timely manner. Bid prices are currently under 50 cents. The website is easy to navigate but the timers and bidding history have glitches. You need to bid from the main page versus the actual auction page. They currently run approximately 10 auctions a day. Most of the regular bidders on this site are experienced bidders.

This site has super fast shipping and good customer service. Bidding is not smooth at all, and it’s smart to keep two windows open (one of the main screen and one of the bidding screen) so you can see both who you’re bidding against and how much time is left.
